Kids

For our very youngest yogis, Pulse offers kids classes.  These are a great way to teach kids healthy habits that will last a lifetime.  Kids will have fun while developing body awareness, focus and concentration! Yoga improves self-esteem, builds strong muscles and bones, and balances all of the bodies systems. Yoga postures and breathing will be practiced 'kids style' with poses taught in a fun and exciting way catered to kids.

Our kids classes are recommend for ages 3 and up.
