Nurturing your baby and yourself at the same time - what could be better.
During pregnancy yoga classes provide an opportunity to deepen your awareness of your changing body and mind as you prepare for the life-changing events of birth and becoming a parent. We recommend those new to yoga start after the 12th week of pregnancy with a Dr’s release. Please contact us regarding guidelines and information for a home practice during the first 12 weeks.
Pregnant students join our regular yoga classes as there are very few modifications. We recommend our beginner or mixed level classes. Please let your instructor know that you are expecting.
