PULSE Pilates

Practiced faithfully, Pilates yields numerous benefits. Increased lung capacity and circulation through deep, healthy breathing is a primary focus. Our pilates mat classes are in a relaxed, noncompetitive atmosphere. You are taken through a series of exercises using props when appropriate. Practice can be modified for beginning and advanced students. Classes are fun and challenging. View our online schedule for class times.

Private pilates sessions are also offered at Pulse utilizing the reformer, cadillac, barrel and chair. All sessions are one on one personalized training with a Power Pilates certified trainer. The benefits of the pilates apparatus are tremendous and you will quickly see results. According to Joseph Pilates, "In 10 sessions, you'll feel a difference, in 20 sessions, you'll see the difference, and in 30 sessions you'll have a different body."
