WHAT'S HAPPENING

New Classes

Beginner Pilates

For the newer pilates student or for a refresher if it 's been a while.  We work on fundamental pilates movements and work at a slower pace that the mixed level pilates classes  

Tuesday's 7:30 pm
and
Wednesday - 11:00 am
 
 Yoga/Pilates Fusion

We've finally added the Friday class you've all been asking for.  Friday at 10:00 am will be a fusion class.  Some pilates/some yoga for the perfect blend.  
Teen, Preteen and Kids

Our popular classes for those 18 and under are back.  Classes are Saturdays  - see schedule for more details.
